3 Less Expensive Alternatives To Anti Wrinkle Injections

Over the years I’ve spoken with a number of women who say they’d be interested in having Botox® treatments but they’re either too scared of needles to have the procedure done or they simply don’t have the money.

While Botox® is the best in class when it comes to this type of cosmetic procedure some options do exist which are more cost effective and don’t require the use of large needles.

Below I’ve listed three options to expensive injetions to reduce wrinkles and deep links. While no alternative is going to produce results as quickly as the real deal you could be surprised at just how effective some of these alternatives are.

DNA and Stem Cells

There is a new bread of skin care products known as cosmeceuticals these gels, lotions and creams are said to possess drug like properties but still be available over the counter. With these high end products come high end ingredients such as stem cells.

While primarily only found in expensive European anti aging products some of the best anti wrinkle creams which contain stem cells and other ingreidents which work at the DNA level produce results similar to injections just not as quickly. The only real down side to these cosmeceuticals is there are quite a bit more expensive then your run of the mill wrinkle cream.

Alpha Hydroxy Acids

These acids are a value priced alternative to some of the more expensive European Cosmecuticals. anti aging creams such as LifeCell wrinkle cream and Dermajuv’s Complete Rejuvenation System contain key ingredients that fall on the category of Alpha Hydroxy Acids or AHA’s.

While AHA’s have the capability of smoothing skin and reducing the appearance of deep links and wrinkles they do require consistent usage and several weeks to show favorable visible results.

Facial Exercises

While this is a the least expensive alternative it also is the one with the most skeptics even though some women swear by it. There’s a following of women who are doing daily facial exercises to strengthen the muscles under the skin in order to reduce sagging skin and wrinkles. Does it work? Result amongst women who try it are mixed how ever since there is no cost to trying it why not give it a shot.
