No sooner has your body reached its peak in your twenties ,that it begins the slow and long decline into aging. Aging is a disease and anti aging is the slowing down of that disease. Unlike what some people think, aging is not an inevitable process and a natural consequence of time .Aging is a progressive deficiency disease and anti aging is controlling that disease. To combat aging one has to begin an anti aging nutrition regimen at an early age.

Inactivity is an enemy to longevity. Never stop exercising your body, regardless of whether you are physically fit or not. Try to get some form of exercise done.

Don’t hold on to bad experiences , rehashing and rehashing them in your mind. . Learn to release them. Contribute to making a relationship  a happy one. Try looking at what you have instead of what you don’t have. Focus on seeing the glass as being half full instead o being half empty.

 

Companionship does not have to always be with a partner, so if you do not have one , develop companionship  with your co workers, neighbours, friends. Sharing thoughts and feelings with others is anti-aging healing in itself.

 

Try to achieve a balanced attitude to life. Be calm. Try to stay away from extreme emotions, especially as you grow older. Strong outbursts of emotions drains the internal energy from your body,and disrupts harmony of your vital organs.

 

 

With human intelligence and advancement of technology, you can hold on to life a little longer. You are meant to age, but not meant to be immortal. .

 You can bargain with Nature, but you cannot outsmart Nature. Death is inevitable, but dying before your time is not. Beat the clock, and add many more years to your life. And that is what anti-aging is all about.

 

How you age is a result of how you have lived, an accumulation of the right and wrong things you have done everyday in the past decades.
